Spectrum First Education is a CPD accredited and DfE approved training provider.

Spectrum First are launching Spectrum First Professional to support the development of both capable, enterprising individuals and workplace environments that promote truly inclusive practices. We want all professionals to excel in their workplace, celebrate their neurodiversity, and realise both their own and their organisation’s potential.
Access to Work
As a company, we have supported thousands of autistic students and adhd-diagnosed students through University and many of these continue to receive support upon graduation and when entering employment. We are perfectly placed to understand the needs of autistic people and ADHD people and have vast reaching experience of communicating these needs to employers to ensure that they are able to utilise the unique skills and insights of their autistic employees.
