Centric HR Limited was founded by Sandra Berns. Sandra is a versatile human resources and organisational development practitioner with a track record of more than 20 years’ experience in senior management.
We have both operational and strategic HR expertise across both public and private sectors and a proud reputation for providing people solutions for executive teams, encompassing complex, sensitive and often contentious employment casework as well as challenging workforce projects.
We work with in-house teams to deliver day to day HR services within agreed SLAs. We can manage all your HR administration and payroll requirements plus extra support when you need us. HR outsourcing can cover processing leavers and joiners, recruitment, on-boarding, return to work, payroll, pensions administration, performance management and training administration to name a few.
