About Us
Trusted provider of cost-saving maintenance and repair of commercial heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) systems in London, Surrey, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Founded in 2015 by Laszlo and Melinda Daragics, Bonus Eventus Maintenance specialises in HVAC planning, repairs and maintenance for the commercial and residential sectors. With skills in mechanical and electrical engineering, reactive and planned maintenance, we can support landlords, property management companies and even individuals in keeping their HVAC systems in good running order – saving you time and money.
From our humble beginnings, we’ve now worked with over 50 schools, a wide range of care homes, pubs, restaurants, housing associations and even some of the biggest shopping centres in the country, and David Lloyds Health Clubs. We develop long-term relationships with our clients, and low staff turnover means you’ll always speak to someone familiar.
Our business is built on customer satisfaction, and we are relentless in achieving it. We repair what other tradesmen refused or failed to, turn up when other providers can’t, report accurately and advise promptly and thoroughly so that we can save our customers money and, more importantly, time.
Our People
Every single person who works for Bonus Eventus Maintenance, whether they’re in the office, an engineer on the road or a contractor supporting our work, is family. And yes, it’s a big family! We currently have around 320 engineers either employed or as full-time contractors, as well as 14 office staff, all dedicated to providing outstanding service to our customers and handling all queries in a quick and efficient manner.
We’re incredibly proud of our team of engineers, all of whom are able to respond incredibly quickly to queries and callouts, and our large team of qualified field operatives are always on hand to provide expert advice in their specialism. And we show that by providing a close, supportive environment for them to work in. We really do believe that all of our team members are a family, and we are very proud of the attitude we have in taking care of everyone’s personal, mental and physical well-being. Since we’ve only had 2 people leave the business in 10 years, we must be doing something right!

We are committed to being one of the first and best at creating zero carbon buildings, and We are one of those maintenance companies in London who prefer to use electric vehicles – we’re expanding our electric fleet all the time.
