This year we have been nominated for two further LABC awards for the refurbishment of 40 apartments in Seacombe and a 58 bed Extracare scheme in Port Sunlight for Sanctuary Housing, results out in April. Our endeavours to create affordable, sustainable and enjoyable buildings extends from small infill Brownfield developments to full scale master planning exercises.

  • Are we enhancing the local environment?
  • Does the design lift the spirit?
  • Would people want to live/work here?
  • Are we promoting a high quality product?
  • Is the completed scheme a pleasure to use?
  • Have we improved our knowledge of the process?

In essence the process of achieving design quality is one of making choices, too many to list them all here, but it is the sum of this whole series of choices that contribute to a successful project.

PJP will ensure that teamwork, mutual co-operation, flexibility, responsiveness and effective communication are maintained at all times, both in-house and in our dealings with our clients, co-consultants and contractors. The key objectives must be clearly understood so that the correct selections are made. These processes can be just as relevant for individual work packages selection or for an entire project. We believe our track record in this respect is exemplary.
