Welcome to SW London Party Walls – Party Wall and energy performance specialists.

South West London Party Walls aim to resolve potential disputes and ensure that works can progress in accordance with the Party Wall etc Act 1996. They have experience working with a variety of structures including timber framed buildings, basements and loft conversions.


You need us when...

  • You want to carry out works to a party wall.
  • You want to dig foundations or for any other structure and you will dig lower than your adjoining owners foundations and within 3 metres.
  • You intend to excavate within 6 metres of your neighbours property or structure and that excavation crosses a line drawn 45 degrees from the bottom of their foundations.
  • You want to build an extension down the boundary of your property.
  • You want to build a brick wall down or astride the line of junction.
  • You want to complete a loft conversion.

Whilst few jobs are the same the amount of work that goes into them is quite similar.  This allows us to work from a priced schedule.  Call to discuss your project and we'll try our best to tie things down to a fixed price.  The entire process is transparent from start to finish. 

We offer Fixed fees for building owners:

  • Serving Notices
  • Preparing schedules of condition

If the design is completed fixed fees can be offered for

  • Loft conversions
  • Extensions
  • Basement
  • Excavations


We have over 30 years experience of the construction and surveying industry.  It is unlikely a situation will arise that I haven't seen before.  I have dealt with traditional buildings, timber framed buildings, basements, loft conversions, offsite modular loft conversions, extensions and repairs to party structures

Our role is to resolve any potential disputes and ensure the works can progress in accordance with the Party Wall etc Act 1996.
