Go Plans was created in 2020 to revolutionise the way that residential projects are created. Our objective was to turn our clients' visions into reality, but in half the time and at less than half the cost of traditional architects.
With over 20 years in the industry, our founders achieved their aim and created a system which enables clients to not only access our services from anywhere in the country, but to receive architectural plans and structural designs for a fraction of the usual cost.
How do we do it? We streamlined the architectural service offering; speeding it up in the process and even including structural engineering whilst still keeping costs low. Whereas traditional architects typically charge 7-10% of the build cost, at Go Plans we offer the full process for around 2%. Read more about us
