We offer extensive monitoring, inspection and reporting services for all types of construction projects including new build, refurbishment and social housing developments across the UK covering major cities such as Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and Leeds and extending north to the Lake district and south as far as Telford.

Our team members are all qualified with combinations of appropriate professional memberships such as Member of the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate, Members of the Chartered Institute of Building, Member of the Chartered Institute of Building engineers and in some cases IOSH/NEBOSH plus the basic academic qualifications to become chartered.

We are involved in several framework agreements with housing associations and have worked on projects such as retro fitting ground source heat pumps into multi storey buildings and managing EWI to the same multi storey units. Currently we are involved with a number of extra care facilities and new multi storey build for a housing association in Manchester as well as delivering several sites across the UK for housing association projects.

Our staff are all ex building engineers and contractors who have in-depth knowledge and personal experience in a whole range of construction methods both in the UK and overseas. As per UK regulations, it is important to ensure your site boundaries are in compliance with the set guidelines. As a part of this procedure, we'll inspect the grid of levels within the site's demise and undertake a dilapidation survey prior to the commencement of construction work. This is followed by obtaining the contractor’s agreement where the levels and boundaries are recorded and any discrepancy is brought to the attention of the client/CA immediately.

At Amrin Resources, we offer thorough inspections for all types of construction and refurbishment projects including new homes. We present a detailed and photographic report to all parties involved. This is to aid the contractor rectify faults and also make improvements to the build, where required.
Points of inspection
We utilise bespoke snagging templates to capture every aspect of a property at pre-arranged points in the build process according to client expectations.
Prior to legal completion, a contractor will invite a client to inspect the new property and provide a professional snagging/condition survey. After two years of occupation, we recommend you contact us for a thorough inspection.
