The Meel Group is the group holding company of our specialist service divisions: Projects, Building Services and Sustainability Solutions.   As either principal or sub-contractor, we see mechanical and electrical projects of all sizes from conception to completion – from design, build and installation to handover, documentation, maintenance, and complete building services contracts.

With over 60 years of experience, we deliver Mechanical and Electrical projects safely and reliably in a wide variety of sectors, focusing on collaborative design and installation. Our M&E team is proud to be part of the NHS SBS Framework Agreement for Hard Facilities Management. We undertake projects across the Northwest region.	For over 50 years our Building Services division has been delivering Mechanical, Electrical & plumbing small works projects, planned preventative maintenance, testing, certification and complete building services packages. We are trusted framework partners across commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education & local government sectors.	We are transforming commercial and public environments with innovative renewable energy solutions. Solar Power, Battery Energy Storage systems, Electric Vehicle Charging, and Heat Pump Solutions.
