About Us

At Spark, we're working on ways to detect, as early as possible, if an individual is going through any mental health problems.

We firmly believe good health and wellbeing is a human right we are all entitled to. We’d love your support on our mission. We understand the importance of early detection and treatment of mental health issues, which is why we introduced the best free mental health app to our clients.

Services

For employees, the Spark mental health app helps individuals manage their mental health. It offers a variety of features, including:

  • Mood tracking: The app allows you to track your mood throughout the day, which can help you identify patterns and triggers.
  • Thought journaling: The app provides prompts to help you journal about your thoughts and feelings. This can be helpful for identifying negative thought patterns and developing more helpful ones.
  • Habit tracking: The app helps you track your progress on healthy habits, such as exercise, sleep, and self-care.
  • Community support: The app provides a forum where you can connect with other people who are also using the app. This can be a great way to get support and advice from others who understand what you're going through.

For employers, the platform provides anonymous insights on the mental health of employees in the workplace. These can be broken down into the following:

  • Trend analysis: Monitor the seasonality of mood in the organisation and detect patterns around day of the month or time of the year.
  • Demographic analysis: Pinpoint pain points by age and gender to determine areas of focus.
  • Behaviour traits: Spark helps segments the users into groups to determine certain traits including stress levels, employees not getting a good night’s sleep, relaxation levels.
  • Solutionise habits: Using data, Spark can help determine specific habits that tangibly increase the mood the user, thereby providing some easy-to-implement steps within the organisation to improve mental health.
