We prefer carrying out face-to-face interviews with Candidates (whenever possible) as this gives us the opportunity to build up a mutual rapport and gain a more in-depth idea of their individual requirements. Besides which it’s nice to put a face to a name!

LKA Recruitment deals with both Temporary and Permanent Placements – Speaking of which, now we come to another equally important aspect of our work, supplying valued Clients with eminently suitable Candidates; Candidates who satisfy all the requirements specified by the Client.
