Founded in 2011, we are an independent environmental consultancy working with public and private sector organisations. With over 25 years’ specialist experience, our consultants provide high quality environmental services covering hydrogeology, hydrology, and contamination across the UK.

Our Services
Land Contamination & Remediation
Our experienced consultants provide contaminated land site investigation and due diligence services, remediation advice and contaminated land restoration, Part 2A assessment and support, ground gas risk assessment, planning support for brownfield development, and pollution incident management.
Groundwater, Drainage & Hydrology
Specialist areas include groundwater supply, water quality assessment and remediation, contaminant hydrogeology, Hydrogeological Impact Assessment (HIA), mining & dewatering, groundwater modelling, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), Flood Risk Assessment (FRA), environmental licencing & permitting, and Expert Witness services.
Landfill & Waste Soils
We work on inert, non-hazardous, and hazardous landfills covering all aspects of landfill development, operation, and closure. Our services include Hydrogeological Risk Assessment and environmental monitoring programmes, Validation Plans, Construction Quality Assurance (CQA), Waste Recovery, permitting and exemptions.
Sustainable Re-use of Soils: We can produce your MMP and/or provide a Qualified Person to review your MMP and make the necessary Declaration to enable soils to be re-used.
Basement Impact Assessment (BIA)
We have chartered geologists (CGeol) within the team who offer a one stop shop for BIAs. We help architects, planners, structural engineers, developers, and homeowners obtain planning permission for basements. Our track record includes BIAs for boroughs with the most rigorous requirements.
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
Our consultants can assist in the preparation of an EIA and contribute to the process at all stages including – screening, scoping, stakeholder consultation, site selection & feasibility, baseline/existing environment description, impact assessment, and recommendation of mitigation measures.
Bespoke Training & CPD
We place a very high value on training and contributing knowledge to our professional community. Our consultants are available to provide bespoke training courses and CPD at your workplace or for larger consortiums.

Our team includes Chartered Geologists (CGeol), Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC), Suitably Qualified Person (SQP) and Qualified Person (QP) under the CL:AIRE DoW Code of Practice.
