ABOUT US
In 2008, we wanted to create a consulting firm that focused primarily on Organisational Health. This is an area of specific interest to us, that few firms truly specialise in.
Some firms are famous for Strategy Consulting, some focus on large-scale IT and systems integration. Back in 2008, there were few firms focusing on Organisational Health and it was a consulting sector that was largely lacking competition and ambition.
So Q5 was born.
Two sides of the same coin
When we launched Q5, we described Organisation Design and Organisation Development as two sides of the same coin. Successful organisations are well-designed, with a clear line of sight to their customers. The workforce (which today can be a combination of employees, contractors, third-parties etc.) must be equipped with the right capabilities to deliver their organisation’s goals. We continuously refine our approaches, so they are tried-and-tested with our clients.

We talked about building our influence in this space. We wanted to become the authority on Organisational Health. We gained client trust and extended our reach into new sectors and geographies, enhancing our contribution in terms of the value we can bring to our clients.
