We are an independent regional strategy consultancy helping clients analyse, develop and implement growth strategies. We create cut through solutions born from smart insights and working closely with clients. We work with a range of B2C and B2B clients across numerous sectors and take the same nonsense free approach. We start by stepping back, taking a holistic view of the organisation and creating a strategic plan to deliver in both the short and long term. We help align strategies to realise your commercial aims and success.
We believe strategy is simply being very clear about desired outcomes and objectives and also about the choices and options available to get there. This pre-supposes that an organisation has the time and resources available to critique the current situation and operating environment, evaluate a range of options and pursue an agreed outcome.
Strategy also relies on a structured process of internal and external analysis, scenario planning and decision making, set in the context of a dynamic and often fluid market.
Options and choices are underpinned by commercial and financial analysis and forecasts designed to deliver growth, focused investment and organisational engagement with the strategy. We help our clients practically address these challenges and achieve their commercial aims.
Our Services
Established in 2012, Whitecap Consulting is a regional strategy consultancy headquartered in Leeds, with offices in Manchester, Milton Keynes, Bristol, Newcastle and Birmingham.
We work with executives, boards and investors of predominantly mid-sized organisations, typically with a turnover of c£10m-£300m, helping them analyse, develop and implement growth strategies.

In addition to direct client assignments, Whitecap has also been appointed to analyse several regional and sectoral ecosystems since 2018. These typically involve complex and often ambiguous business environments, where it is necessary to capture diverse current perspectives and future aims and intent from diverse stakeholders with a broad range of views.
