We take our own cybersecurity as seriously as we take yours. We hold the ISO 27001 certification, which is the recognised standard for information security management, to ensure we are managing information and data securely and effectively. We were first ISO 27001-certified in 2006 and we are inspected annually to keep our ISO accreditation year after year.

We are also Cyber Essentials Plus certified. Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed scheme designed to help organisations maintain a basic level of cyber security and help protect them from cyber-attacks. This is also tested and renewed annually with an external agency.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We work with companies across the whole of the UK but we’re also passionate about providing opportunities and benefitting local communities

  • We take on apprentices from local colleges and provide them with the prospect of a full-time role – many of our current employees have joined NCS IT this way
  • We raise money for M3 project, a specialist charity based in the same office building as NCS IT, to help provide supported accommodation for single young people and young parents (and their children), and mediation to prevent homelessness
  • We’re currently in the process of making our office surroundings greener and more sustainable. We have installed electronic charging point for cars, available not only for office building workers but also the community.
