About Us

Sapern HR Limited was founded by Philip Kirby and Amy Gapare. Both Philip and Amy have extensive Human Resource and Senior Management experience across both the public and private sector. Over recent years we have developed strong ties working within the health and care sectors.

We provide a flexible service to our clients where they can contact our specialist HR team and gain access to high quality advice and support as they need. We pride ourselves on developing good working relationships with our clients, we strive to provide support that is not only legally sound and compliant with best practice but also suits how our clients work and support their employees.

As an organisation, Sapern HR provide comprehensive support to our clients on complex matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy, performance management as well as restructures and working with organisations on their strategic approach for people. We don’t just advise over the phone and leave our clients to follow our guidance, we attend meetings side by side with our clients to provide them support in what can be extremely challenging and emotional situations for both the employee and client.

Sapern HR can manage all HR administration for our clients if needed. As part of our services, we will produce any required letters or contracts so you save time on the administration but it also provides you with piece of mind that any communication going out to your team covers all statutory requirements.

Recruitment & Retention

Sapern HR can manage your recruitment campaigns from the development of job descriptions and person specifications, through to advertising, assisting with shortlisting and co ordinating interviews. Sapern HR are qualified Hay reviewers. We are qualified to review your organisations pay structures and make recommendations about salary levels, taking into account their role and responsibilities, their position within the organisation structure and what the market value is.

Contract, Staff Handbook and Policies and Procedures

Having appropriate terms and conditions and policies and procedures in place for your organisation is the foundation of good HR. We conduct reviews of our clients’ terms and conditions and highlight where necessary what changes are needed to be made to ensure they are compliant.

We have a suite of policies and procedures and contracts of employment which clients can have access to and which we would tailor as necessary.
