About Us
We have a reputation built over 100 years in commercial property, development and investment and are proud to be a part of a family company who recently celebrated its 150th milestone as successful commercial developers.
Our property services range from concept to completion, partnership agreements, joint ventures, and design and build services.
Our in-house team of 30 property professionals gets to grips with projects of all sizes. Specialising in urban regeneration, we deliver a personalised design and build service and add value with creative property solutions. Working on projects for private clients and the public sector, we currently have more than £40 million under construction.
Our estates team manage and lease our portfolio of over 212 premises. They were brought together and developed over generations to form the backbone of the company. The portfolio is made up of a range of commercial properties including offices, retail space and new build industrial units.
