Meet Emma
I have over 19 years of experience advising businesses in the North West and beyond, on corporate and commercial legal matters. I believe that the best way for me to understand your business is to meet you in your own working environment, which is why I will usually come and see you in your office. This will also save you time as there is no need for you to waste any time travelling to see me.
My approach is to resolve any issues with the other party to a transaction or agreement in a collaborative and efficient manner; being mindful to keep the costs down and to make things as painless for clients as they can be. I try to work as flexibly as possible and I am happy to speak to you when it is convenient for you, which, I understand, isn’t necessarily 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday!
Where possible, I will try and fix my fees, so that you know how much the work will cost at the outset.
