Claims Handling, Support and Intervention  

Motor Claims Handling

  • Technical Motor Claims handling service designed to pro-actively deliver indemnity cost control and customer service. This includes volume claims management with expertise in Fire, Theft, Fraud, Credit Hire and Personal Injury claims.
  • Triage, validation, document collation service with options for valuation and repudiation management.
  • Our Claims services are underpinned by experience, only recruiting professional handlers practised in pro-active, customer and indemnity focused claims management.
  • All claims handling services are tailored to individual partners requirements. We can provide capacity both as a long-term strategic partner or a short-term overflow support service.

OIC Injury Intervention Triage Service

  • To assist the compensator our OIC Intervention Triage Service will pro-actively capture and manage the injured claimant, coaching and supporting them through the OIC portal process allowing the compensator to deal directly with any claim for rehabilitation/ compensation – Allowing proactive settlement and ensuring the Claimant receives 100% of their compensation.
  • Defined/ tested scripting will ensure that only genuinely injured claimants are captured in order not to impact claims frequency
  • Where it is confirmed that no-injuries have been sustained this will be date stamped and reported back in order you can rely on should a claim be forthcoming at a future time.

OIC Portal Investigation Service

  • With only 30 working days to decide on liability the clock is working against an Insurer when wishing to deny liability in part or in full.
  • Our OIC Portal Investigation is a rapid response service specifically aimed at securing evidence for disclosure on the LiP Portal on Partial and Full Liability Disputes.
  • Includes a Telephone/Video Interview, CPR Statement, witness appraisal, collation of any any available visual exhibits from the witness, overhead Google capture of locus, digital signature enabled by Docusign™, proactive first 24 hour capture model (on a repeat capture cycle for first 5 days.

Intervention

  • Proactive field intervention service to mitigate against the cost of uncontrolled hire & repair. Core and out of hours support to assist Insurers in making early contact with claimants and onboarding them for direct settlement through their own controlled cost Repair Networks and Hire Providers.

Audit and Assurance

  • Our Audit & Assurance service is a tailored suite of activities which help you understand your current position and importantly inform your next step. Our team take the time to understand you and your business, and this enables us to provide a complete client service.
  • Our Claims Audit team deliver a high-quality audit programme using a combination of experienced technical claim handlers overlayed with deep analytic capability. This is then presented back via in-depth reporting to enable the client to fully understand performance and assess risk. Audit can include, scrutinising individual claims, auditing suppliers and supplier networks to ensure motor claims operations are efficient, effective, and compliant.
  • Assurance, involves the assessment and analysis of a Claims Departments operations, processes, and procedures assisting the client in making informed, factbased decisions which flow down to improving bottom line claims indemnity spend.
