SERVICES WE OFFER
Energy Performance Certificates
- We have been providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) since they were first introduced in 2007. We carry out all different types of EPC survey, and are just as happy working on individual domestic properties as we are on huge shopping centres or public buildings. We have surveyed just about every type of building you can imagine, and worked in every part of the UK.
Rental Property Certificates
- The changing legislation for landlords means understanding exactly what types of surveys and certification you need to have in place at change of tenancy can be confusing. As well as being able to carry out a wide range of survey and certification services for rental property, our expert team is always on hand and happy to provide you with expert guidance on the latest requirements.
Property Sale Certificates
- If you are in the process of a property transaction we can provide you with the survey and certification services you need. Our sister company Hatchwell & Draper Ltd has been providing RICS accredited surveys and valuations since 1947. We also provide everything from EPCs and floor plans to asbestos surveys and abatement. New Build Services
- The complex requirements of the UK building regulations can be a minefield for property developers. Our expert team of surveyors and technical advisors can help guide you through the process, providing tailored advice to ensure your buildings achieve compliance in the most cost effective ways possible. We have worked on a wide range of commercial and domestic projects across the UK.
Consultation Services
- If you want to ensure your property portfolio is safe from the new Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) legislation, then we can provide detailed guidance and help to structure a plan of action. We also provide consultation services for a wide range of other matters related to energy performance of buildings for both domestic and commercial, new build and pre-existing properties.
ESOS Services
- If your UK company (combined with any subsidiaries) has 250 or more employees, an annual turnover above approx £39m or an annual balance sheet in excess of approx £33.5m, then you require a full ESOS audit. We provided this service for numerous organisations in round one, most of whom began by viewing it as an unwanted expense, but finished delighted by the cost savings identified!
