Virtual Project Management Classroom Courses

In a virtual classroom, the trainer will deliver accredited and certified learning directly to you from your computer, phone or tablet at a set time. You simply log onto the course over the internet rather attending a physical location and, thanks to the excellent setup we offer, it will feel like you’re in a normal classroom.

Students can ask questions using a headset, webcam or a chat window, and get their questions answered, just like in a traditional classroom. Questions can be lined up and answered at intervals, without interrupting the teacher’s flow of thought.

There is no difference in the level of interaction – in fact distractions are significantly reduced because of this way of teaching.

Our trainers have a minimum of 10 years training experience, plus have previously run and managed live projects, so have real-life experience they bring to the virtual session.

Bespoke Onsite Training in Project Management

If you are looking to train a team of people, you’ll find that our onsite training is a viable and cost effective option for you. You’ll also find you save money through the omission of travel, accommodation and dinner expenses.

If you have a training room onsite you are more than welcome to take advantage of that. Or if you prefer, we could organise the project management training at a local venue, giving delegates a fresh learning environment.

Blended learning

When you have a team of people which need to take up to a week away from their workload for training, it just doesn’t work. So we have come up with a tried and tested solution which combines the very best distance learning with a on-site course; we call this option blended learning.

Part 1 – Distance learning

This will include a mix of video, e-learning, downloads, mock exams and virtual sessions. It is hosted on our excellent Learning Management System and each individual learner will get their own login details so we can track their progress. Full admin management is available to you too so you can track and monitor peoples progress, ensuring they are fully prepared for the onsite training.

Part 2 – Onsite or virtual classroom training

Delegates will have learnt the ‘knowledge’ part of the course before attending the training and this knowledge will be tested before they attend the course through mock exam questions reviewed by a trainer. We then focus on clarification of their knowledge and validate their thought processes, then move onto exam preparation to get delegates ready for the exam.
