Our prime focus is to help organisations to focus on benchmarking their commercial activities using performance measurement. We do this by capturing and analysing performance data to improve efficiency.
We provide initial insights through site inspections and site audits, as well as offering a range of ongoing web-based tools for clients to monitor their progress using performance auditing and online auditing of their KPI’s (key performance indicators).
We offer a full range of consultancy, software, and support services to help our clients capture, analyse and compare performance data, manage their supply chains more effectively, and to monitor heath & safety activities.
Our off-the-shelf, yet highly configurable, web-based solutions are developed in-house. We are an ISO accredited company. We work to ISO9001: 2008, ISO20000: 2011. Our software is hosted by RackSpace which has an accreditation of ISO27001: 2005 for information security.

The Sector's Leading Improvement OrganisationThe NHT Network enables the measurement and comparison of performance and the sharing of good practice on any aspect of Highway and Transport Service.
Highways and Transport Service is a major national industry, everyone in the UK is a customer and many £billions of public money is spent annually. Government would like to see ever-greater efficiencies and improvements in the provision of public services and is moving to outcome based performance assessment for Local Authorities through Local Transport Plans (LTP) and the Highway Maintenance Efficiency Partnership (HMEP)
Whilst Public Satisfaction is perhaps the ultimate 'outcome' for a public service like highways and transport, the NHT Network seeks to provide a framework that will evaluate:
