Passive Fire Services
Tri Management are able to deliver Fire Door and Fire Stopping Surveys and remediations
We have delivery experiences across both small offices and large estates
We are also aware that we are competitively priced as confirmed by multiple clients who have tested our proposition against others
We have invested significantly in the apps that we use to ensure clients are provided with professional reporting and documentation
- Fire Stopping Survey and Remediation Reports – where required, an initial survey is undertaken and a report produced providing pictures of each area and the proposed remediation with materials On instruction the report is updated with the actual work undertaken and labelled accordingly, with the final report acting as the site register for all Fire Stopping Works
- Fire Door Survey report which details every door surveyed and inspected with details on any failures recorded. An Excel spreadsheet accompanies the survey report and lists all of the remedial actions required per door, providing an easy reference, this also forms part of the remediation quotation. On instruction the report is updated with the actual work undertaken and labelled accordingly, with the final report acting as the site register for all Fire Doors within the building
