We are a professional services organisation specialising in unified communication, collaboration, computer networking and security solutions as well as providing partner enablement services. Through our own resources and utilising trusted associates, we are able to offer consultancy, design, installation, support and managed services acting as a single point of contact. We pride ourselves in being able to deliver technically excellent solutions that conform to best practice designs, processes and methodologies.

We have chosen to partner with technology companies and organisations that have truly excellent products and services. These partners complement our offerings and allow us to provide a full end to end solution. Having worked with these companies for many years, we are able to work as a single point of contact so all of your interactions are with a single entity; us.

Our management team have held senior positions within large and small systems integrators and end user establishments. We aim to take all of the lessons learned from each of our engagements and use them to help us to deliver better services and solutions and not to rest on our laurels. All of our projects are managed using the PRINCE2 methodology and are tailored to the size of the piece of work. Our engineers and consultants all understand the process involved from starting up a project through to closing a project. Our Support and managed services teams all follow the ITIL methodology for service delivery. This ensures that there is a consistent end user experience and all aspects of service delivery are covered.
