Since 2002 The Xenon Group has been recruiting, training and developing Facilities professionals all over the UK and beyond.
As a family owned and run business, we pride ourselves on our ability to work in partnership with businesses to provide a service they need rather than the standard ‘one size fits all’ offering.
How we can help you
Our training division focusses extensively on the IWFM qualifications and we offer Levels 3 through to Level 6. Our training division started in 2003 when we offered courses to prepare learners to sit the BIFM Part 1 and Part 2. 97% of our learners passed these exams first time, a fact we are understandably proud of.
In 2010 we were the first training provider to be fully accredited by IWFM, then BIFM, to run the new qualifications and we were the first provider to have learners achieve their qualifications at all four levels.
Our focus is entirely directed towards Facilities Management and the expertise and knowledge we have both in-house and through our associate network is extensive.
- In-house, we have a number of former senior FMs on our permanent staff
- Our associate network consists of a large pool of operational facilities managers and consultants, all of whom have extensive experience in FM.
- All associates hold either MIWFM, CIWFM, FIWFM status and some hold MSc qualifications in Facilities Management
All that aside, we don’t just use trainers based purely on their FM experience. All of our associates must go through a rigorous selection process, a comprehensive train-the-trainer course and must complete a number of observed training sessions before we allow them to facilitate training sessions on their own.
Our courses are designed to meet your needs. We run the qualifications as Blended Learning workshops (one workshop every 6 weeks) or by Distance Learning, both of which are fully supported by webinars on specific topics.
For those undertaking the Level 4 Award, we also run a 5-day intensive course which includes all tuition and assessment, allowing learners to attain their qualification in just one week.
All learners are assigned a specific tutor who is on hand to help and support the learner throughout their course.
We are the only IWFM training provider to have achieved and maintained ISO9001 Quality Management accreditation for our training division.
We have a 5* rating on Trustpilot with independent comments left by some of our learners.
