What do Synergia Coaching do?
We work in partnership with our clients to solve people management challenges. Whether this is through individual or team coaching, managerial development programmes, or implementing organisation wide change initiatives, we have a track record of delivering above and beyond our clients’ expectations.
Why do we do it?
We have a passion to enable anyone we work with to understand their own potential and know how to achieve that potential.
When a client approaches us with a challenging people situation, at Synergia we look forward to unlocking the challenge. We do this by enabling the people involved to understand themselves, their colleagues, the impact that they have on each other and their team as well as sometimes their whole organisation.
The knowledge, skills, and experience that our team has gained over their careers means we can get to the heart of the matter swiftly. Through robust analytical tools, a strong coaching philosophy as well as the honesty and integrity to ask the right questions, we facilitate key discussions that unlock barriers that have often been unwittingly created. We develop our clients in such a way that they don’t become dependent on us.
How do we do it?
Firstly, consultancy: we work with our clients to solve their organisational development challenges by bringing all our experience to the table. This can lead to coaching, training and change initiatives, working with individuals, teams and the whole organisation. The people within an organisation are what lead to competitive advantage. So ensuring they reach their potential, ensures that the organisation reaches theirs too!
Secondly, training: we’re an approved ILM centre. This means we’re able to offer accredited qualifications in Leadership and Management as well as Coaching and Mentoring. These formal courses have a strict curriculum, and we have Direct Claims Status for all the qualifications that we offer. However, if you need a more tailored approach, we can design development programmes to fit your context.
Finally, our coaching philosophy is at our core. We’re a team of qualified and experienced coaches. Experience which has been gained across many different market sectors. We offer Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Business Coaching, Team Coaching as well as Coaching Supervision and Coaching Qualifications.
We have a toolbox full of different models and techniques, which we use in different ways with different clients, depending on their requirements. Our approach is person-centred, and it’s key that our clients understand that we put them at the heart of what we do. It’s not one size fits all! We tailor our solutions to our clients’ situations.

For those in their first management role. Ideal for those looking to get practical experience of coaching and mentoring at work.
Level 7 Coaching & Mentoring
For senior managers, HR/OD professionals, professional coaches or mentors. Ideal for those who want to develop their expertise and credibility in coaching and mentoring or who want to establish coaching on an organisational level.
Building a successful coaching business
A training course to support qualified coaches to build their own coaching business. The aim of this programme is to enable newly qualified coaches to develop their own coaching business in a holistic and informed manner.
