Welcome to SFJ Systems Ltd
SFJ provides integrated supply chain systems such as scheduling, cost building and demand planning systems that target key production issues for manufacturing and food processing.
We use the “best of breed” approach using the latest software technologies to fit around your business model; we are advocates of cloud-based technology which facilitates the 24/7 support for your facility via “remote desktop”.
Who are we?
SFJ Systems Ltd was founded in 1995 by systems engineers with a background in aerospace engineering and designing factories using simulation modelling for Hawker Siddeley. With fully qualified industrial engineers the knowledge and experience gained was used in the consultancy business after the breakup of Hawker. It soon became clear that British engineering could benefit from the new technology only available to large companies at the time. This lead to SFJ Systems Ltd developing software at an affordable price for British manufacturing.
Why are we different?
SFJ Systems specialise in bespoke systems for manufacturing, although we use our proven templates to configure these systems. Recently and because of new manufacturing climate we have developed and now market a configured solution that is designed to be easy to use without configuration. Demand Planning and scheduling video
A demand planning software that produces Daily Demand against Stock, Forecasts with a "red alert" approach. It is our most inclusive software package for the Food Industry. With the availability of interface capability with existing software, i.e. SAP, Excel, etc.
Enterprise Level Pressure Testing software solution follows the "belt and braces" approach with high levels of integrated redundancy and the ability to share results globally.

Full asset resource maintenance control system, to plan engineers work load with user defined tasks with maintenance history. images of assets and factory layout make the system easy to use. WiFi control with tablets or client data entry deliver immediate KPIs
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and WIP tracking on the shop floor
Keeping track of WIP is a key part connecting the planning department with the production department. Using RFID improves service levels by following schedule and demand.
Programming, Consultancy and Industrial Engineering
Designing and implementing systems can mean making adjustment to suite current software. We use web services to link to other systems all reducing data handling.
