Welcome to Daniel Contract Management Services
Daniel Contract Management Services are an independent company specialising in the NEC forms of engineering and construction contract. We provide consultancy and training services for clients who wish to use, or are currently using an NEC contract for procuring or providing works or services. The company was formed in 2017 and is owned and operated by David Hunter. Read more about us.
NEC Training Courses
We deliver training courses covering all the different forms of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts. We offer training for all levels of knowledge and experience. Our training is available in both face-to-face and online classroom formats. From the point at which you first start talking to us about your training needs, we help to identify the NEC course that is right for you. If one of our standard courses is not entirely suitable we will tailor a solution that meets your learning and development objectives. Our approach to training uses a blended mix of theory and group exercises. Each of the exercises are designed to reinforced the theory and explore practical use of the contract. We actively encourage all those to attend our training courses to participate and share their experiences of using NEC contracts. Attendees at our courses report that they enjoy the collaborative training environment created by the group exercises. All of our NEC training courses are prepared and delivered by David Hunter. Unlike other training providers, once you have booked a course with us you will be doing so with a guarantee of who the trainer will be. David has over thirty five years of experience in the construction industry and is specialist in the procurement and use of NEC contracts. In training, David uses his experience gained from previous roles as NEC Project Manager and commercial director on projects using the NEC contract. Those that attend his training courses benefit from his experience gaining real life insights to NEC contracts.
NEC Contracts Consultancy
We provide consultancy for clients, contractors, subcontractors and others who are planning to use an NEC contract or have already in engaged in a contract for works or services. We are flexible in our approach and provide customers what they need at the time the support is required. We can provide NEC Contract advice on a reactive ad-hoc basis, or work with you to develop a more defined scope of services with agreed outputs and deliverables.
