About Us
The Vanbrugh Modular Housing System (VMHS) is constructed by assembling pre-manufactured steel framed panels which are bolted together.
We are able to compete with the traditional methods of construction as our building frame (2 storey) can typically be erected within a day, enabling you to complete on developments very quickly.
Our wall panels are fully insulated and achieve a very high u-value.
Commercial Units
The structure of the frame has been designed to allow you to take advantage of large spaces, ideal for commercial units as well as large open plan living accommodation and not be dictated by internal walls.
Bespoke Service
Vanbrugh are able to offer a bespoke service from assisting with planning and design through to erection of the building on site. Alternatively, Vanbrugh can supply the frame only but would be on hand to offer advice and assistance involved in the simple erection.
Each Vanbrugh Modular Housing System can be individually designed internally allowing you greater flexibility and provide you with the ability to utilise a variety of finishes, brickwork, render or composite panels to satisfy local authority requirements.

We are now exporting across the globe, we plan on targeting the developing world due to speed and quality of our product. Due to the necessity of construction needed in the developing world we can help the cause by using our product to build houses, schools, clinics, warehouses and many other buildings.
