History
Originally Forth Valley GIS, we started in 1993 as a team of three providing corporate GIS services to Central Regional Council. Following reorganisation of local government, we established a highly innovative shared GIS service to the new unitary authorities in the area - Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling Councils.
Our shared services model grew from strength-to-strength over the next decade, and in 2007, we began operating as arms-length commercial company. We renamed, rebranded and relocated as thinkWhere in 2013, and now have a team of some 20 staff.
