Our range of activities includes three main areas:
- The Pinpoint Facilitation Technique – Facilitation Training and subsequent support.
- The supply and hire of Neuland facilitation and graphic facilitation/recording equipment.
- Facilitation in Meetings – We specialise in away days, conferences and supporting customers. Primarily with their marketing, strategy, problem solving and continuous improvement. Pinpoint Facilitation has an amazing historical and current customer base:
UK Government – Cabinet Office and various Ministries. The Audit Commission. Local Government. Industry including BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, GSK, AstraZeneca, M&S Financial Services, Co-operative Bank and many more. Another large part of the customer make up is a range of small and independent facilitators, trainers and consultants who find it an ideal differential from standard classroom activities.

The leaders in innovative and environmentally friendly facilitation products. Their Marker Pens are all refillable and the nibs can be changed too. Paper is recycled wherever possible. Their pinboards, graphic walls, flip charts and accessories are practical, ergonomic and built to the highest German quality standards.
Since the UK left the EU, importing for most has been time consuming, expensive and a pain in the backside. At Pinpoint we take all that hassle away. We hold stocks of all the main Neuland® products and we offer a quick delivery – no red tape, no customs issues and no VAT problems at the port. You order, we deliver. For non-stock products we can order and expedite through customs, but we may have to charge freight depending on quantity, volume and weight.

We are proud to be associated with Neuland as the UK seller for all their products. We hold limited stocks for emergencies and small orders. Other orders we arrange to come direct from the factory – mostly in 3 – 5 days but large items come by freight in 5 – 10 days.
