At Yellowstone Healthcare Ltd, we aim to deliver a very high standard of care to our service users, while they are in the comfort of their own homes.
Our Team of Highly trained professionals, are committed to ensuring that our service users needs and preferences are met with satisfactory results in the safety and comfort of their home.
At Yellowstone Healthcare, we put our service users first in all we do. We believe in promoting their independence by encouraging them to do as much for themselves as possible whilst also empowering those that may have lost their confidence due to illness, either short term or long term or due to accidents.
We value our clients and we understand that no two people are the same, which is why we ensure each service is tailor made to suite each individual service user. Our Person-Centred approach, ensures that our clients are put at the centre of service as they are empowered to partake in the planning of their care.
We offer a broad service, not only to the elderly but also to a diverse group of people with specialist care needs, who may require our service.

Our Services And Support (Homecare, Learning Disability, Dementia and Alzheimer’s, End of life Care, Respite Care, Sitting In, Sleep-in) We aim to provide a high quality of care and support, that puts our service users at the heart of care. Our Service users are given an opportunity to express themselves by partaking in the planning of the care service they would like to receive. Yellowstone Healthcare, provides a healthcare professionals, who are highly trained, dedicated patient and friendly, that is why our service users always feel safe and comfortable in their own homes.

We believe in promoting independence and our healthcare professionals always encourage the service user to do as much for themselves as possible. We make sure our service users are enabled to continue living the lifestyle they are used to, whilst maintaining their dignity and privacy at all times. We at Yellowstone Healthcare respect that and want our service users to be as a comfortable as possible in their own homes.
We offer a reliable and flexible service that ranges from 30mins visits up to 24hrs round the clock service, all to suite our service users preferences.
Our home care workers are fully trained to assist with:
- Personal Care needs like washing, bathing
- Dressing and undressing
- Getting in and out of bed
- Meal preparation
- Medication supervision or prompting
- Shopping tasks
- Light housework to ensure your home is always clean and tidy, Laundry
- Accompanying service users to their appointments, social activities, going for walks
- Respite care, when relatives or main carers need a break
- Sitting In
- Sleep in
- Companionship, to make sure our service users never feel isolated and lonely

Supported Living Our supported living services cater to individuals with intricate mental health needs or a learning disability, who seek assistance in living autonomously within the community. A significant portion of our expertise lies in assisting individuals who are transitioning from residential or hospital settings to self-sufficient living for the first time. Our approach involves providing hands-on support to help them integrate seamlessly into their community. Our clients reside in their own homes and we deliver the appropriate services to aid them with the least amount of intervention, while maintaining a high level of independence that aligns with their sense of safety and comfort. Furthermore, we actively motivate our clients to reflect on their unique abilities and talents and consider ways they can utilize them to contribute to their local community. This fosters social engagement, promotes a sense of belonging, and encourages a greater sense of civic responsibility. |

Here, we provide both accommodation and a package of support services. We offer both single occupancy accommodation, where someone lives in their own home with support – with live-in support if needed. Our supported accommodation aims to offer the right balance between stimulation, relaxation, independence and support, providing people with a suitable mix of day-to-day social, leisure, educational and employment opportunities.
For people living in social housing or privately rented accommodation. Here, the person using our services has their own tenancy agreement with a third party, but we work closely with their landlord to make them aware of any adaptations that may need to be made to the accommodation. We will also actively them help manage the relationship with the landlord and, if their landlord is a housing association, help them take advantage of any housing support services offered as part of the tenancy.
Training
Because we set our standards high, we ensure that we provide our staff with all the essential training for them to be able to provide the best care. We have a team of highly qualified Trainers and Assessors from one of our trusted Training centre, which specialises in Health and Social care qualifications. Our Assessors and Trainers are very supportive to our staff during or even after their training courses.
At Yellowstone Healthcare, we ensure that every staff member has Equal Opportunity in getting all the necessary training needed in their job role. Every staff member has to go through our thorough induction training programme, regardless of their past experience in the care sector. We also aim to continually develop our staff’s skills by putting them through to take higher courses like NVQ’s and regular refreshment training courses, to keep them up to date with current legislations in the Care sector.
Yellowstone provides a wide range of training courses that are in line with the National Care Standards.
