SCP is a specialist transportation planning/highway and drainage infrastructure design consultancy, offering multi-disciplinary professional services to the private and public sector since 1991. Since SCP’s inception in 1991, we have helped our clients deliver over 6,000 projects.  SCP have worked on a diverse range of projects, planning applications and detailed design schemes for clients ranging from Local Authorities to house-builders, architects, food retailers and many independent developers.

Transport Planning

Any significant development requires planning consent. For example new housing, employment, healthcare or education developments. To be accepted by the Local Planning Authority (Local Council) a planning application must be supported by the right documents. Infrastructure Design
