For almost 20 years the Portable Power 1000 and 1700 were exclusively available through Snap-on UK and Snap-on USA. In 2017 the company made the decision to start selling direct to consumers and through a network of independent tool distributors.

Following Portable Power Ltd’s decision to sell direct and through independent tool distributors, the company has expanded its market, which now includes farmers and agricultural contractors, fleet operators, breakdown and recovery companies, car sales companies, woodsmen and loggers, haulage companies, heavy duty civil engineering works, marine engineers and classic car owners, proving that the Portable Power Packs/Jump Starters are essential equipment for professionals in many walks of life who depend on keeping vehicles moving.

The company are so confident in the quality of their packs that they offer a best-in-class, 2 year no-quibble warranty (including the battery) on every pack. In the event that an accident happens and a pack is broken, the pack will be collected, fixed and returned to the customer in 48-72 hours.
