OUR FIT AND BUILD PROCESS
From shell and core to practical completion, we adhere to a proven process, involving close collaboration with our clients and their professional teams with the desired end-result in mind from the start. All projects from budget planning through to mobilisation and completion are carefully and closely managed by our seasoned team which includes Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Project Coordinators, Contract Managers, Interior Fit-out Specialists, and Designers. Redesigned layout or an entirely new footprint, we can help you at every stage.

01 CONSULT We engage with and listen to the client and their professional team. |
02 CONSIDER Having considered the project requirements, we consider our proposed strategy. |
03 PLAN Where relevant, design concepts / programme timetables are developed including value engineering options. |

04 DESIGN Where relevant, our in-house designers, off-site and on-site delivery teams collaborate with the client’s professional team to bring the client’s scheme to reality. |
05 BUILD We commence our off-site manufacturing prior to our on-site installations. Following practical completion we go through a formal handover with the client. |
06 AFTERCARE We can provide a full aftercare building fabric service, including planned, preventative and reactive hard facilities maintenance programmes. |
