Welcome to GBC Learning & Development
Providing great training solutions since 1994, we now regularly work with over 400 organisations annually in the UK and Europe. Our public open courses are conveniently scheduled in central Guildford and central London.
You will find the high impact, low stress approach ensures people go back to work enthused, energized and eager to put their new or refreshed skills into action. The training style is immensely practical with a positive adult- learning style. With the focus on pre-identified objectives and follow-up action plans people are geared to achieving the success they want. Working with a discrete group of associate trainers you can be sure they have practical backgrounds and a wealth of experience in the business, not-for-profit and public sectors. As well as the public open course schedule we are adept at customising a programme just for your team or organisation. We have a great ear for listening and understanding what you really want and need. From Training Needs Analysis to fulfilment, the material, style and focus can all be tailored to hit the spot for large audiences, small groups or a one-to-one coaching requirement.
On the Course List you will find a wide range of topics beyond the public schedule which can be tailored and jointly branded exclusively for you. We can organise your venue too – onsite at GBC Learning Guildford or London, at your own venue – or away-days for total immersion.
