Welcome to No Limit Training & Development
No Limit Training & Development is based in Gwent, South Wales, and work with organisations throughout the UK and Ireland. We are an ILM accredited training centre and offer a range of National Qualifications.
We design and deliver high quality, practical, impact learning. Our in-company bespoke programmes form a core part of our business, and we work with aspiring managers through to a senior level, tailoring, designing, and delivering a range of Leadership & Management and Coaching & Mentoring programmes.

Assessment
Assessment and verification services for a range of qualifications leadership, management, coaching, mentoring customer service and training qualifications for Level 1 -7.
Client Specific Solutions
Design and delivery of bespoke training programmes specifically to meet clients’ needs providing a return on investment.
Open Programmes
At certain times in the year we offer a number of online open workshops ( Half day / 1 day / 2 days ) covering a range of different personal development skills / behaviours improving individuals confidence and effectiveness – Examples include: The importance of communication and how to develop communication skills, Developing high performing teams, Engaging the workforce, Leading people through change, Leadership is half the story (management is not the other half), Presentation skills and Train the trainer.

No Limit Training and Development are an approved ILM centre and are currently accredited to deliver Levels 2, 3, and 5 National qualifications in Leadership and Management and Levels 3, 5, and 7 in Coaching and Mentoring. https://www.i-l-m.com
