About Florence Madden Associates

Since starting my business in 2002 after years of training and development experience within commercially driven environments, I have been developing a strong track record of helping others to achieve and grow.

I am an experienced management development consultant, coach, podcaster and author of:

My business is the provision of high-quality training solutions with specialist expertise in the areas of coaching, personal effectiveness, assertion and influencing skills.  Also, extensive experience of writing and delivering commercially focussed training materials both within the private and public sector.  My focus is on delivering training and development that is:

I run open courses in The Lake District on:

• NLP Business Practitioner – ANLP certified
• NLP Coaching Diploma - ANLP certified

as well as tailored courses in-house for businesses and organisations.

An experienced Executive Coach, having trained in a number of different coaching approaches. I also train others in coaching skills both in-house for organisations and on an open course basis.  Additionally, I offer Psychometric Testing services for development and recruitment.

How My ‘Product’ Is Developing

I believe in the transformational effect of good training, and I am passionate about investing in my own development as well.

I am a certified NLP Trainer having trained with Sue Knight (author NLP At Work) in France and India, and with Robert Dilts, Judy Lowe and Judith Delozier of the NLP University of Santa Cruz in Crete, after completing Practitioner and Master Practitioner programmes with Sarah Frossell. 

I have also trained in New Code NLP with John Grinder and Generative Coaching with Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan. In addition, I am the Regional Ambassador of ANLP in Cumbria.

Delivering NLP programmes in the UK and abroad with associates Eleni Sarantinou (Life Spheres) and Angela Watson (PDG Coaching). I was also a presenter at the 2018 NLP International Conference in London.
