Keady is a modern thinking Main Contractor working in Residential, Commercial and Educational sectors. We are modern because we genuinely try to deliver value for money for our Clients in every aspect of what we do. We are also driven by our desire to protect the environment and ensure that our work causes the least impact possible to our surroundings. The best way to deliver value for money and protect the environment at the same time is to use less raw materials in the building process and we do this by spending more time and money on design.
We are also focused on quality as this is another way of delivering value for money as getting it right first time is always the most economical solution. We work hard at making our sites good places for the work force too as we believe this is the best way to build safely, achieve our high quality standards and bring projects in on programme.

Quality of workmanship is something that is important in any line of endeavour but it is of critical importance in construction. Keady have put quality front and centre to everything we do. We are a main contractor with a difference as 40% of the work is completed with our own direct labour and this allows us to set the right tone in all our projects. As we are not just providing a management resource like so many other contractors, we are better able to relate to the workforce of our subcontractors as we experience first hand the challenges they face on a daily basis. |

We have ISO 50001 Energy Management Certification. This ensures we monitor our energy use and work to reduce our consumption year on year.
