EvaBuild is the first and last contractor on site. We are responsible for setting-out the site and installing all groundworks and infrastructure. Towards the end of a contract, we return to attractively landscape and complete the project to the highest specification.

Our Services
EvaBuild’s expertise is in Modular Groundworks, Civil Engineering and General Groundworks.
The company provides an efficient turnkey design and implementation service and ongoing intelligent solutions adapted to all stages and elements of work programmes that support sustainability. Our services include site investigations, reinforcement concrete shuttering, creation of concrete yards, deep drainage, confined spaces, street works and land remediation.
EvaBuild undertakes public and private sector projects of differing complexity, supporting clients from design phase to conclusion. We devote significant resources to train our teams to deliver quality projects safely and on time, whilst taking into account economic, environmental and sociological considerations.

Modular Groundworks
EvaBuild provides groundworks services for a range of modular building applications, whether a client is seeking a permanent or temporary solution
Whether it’s a straightforward classroom module, a four storey, 24-bay office, a residential project or groundworks preparation for a school project, EvaBuild has the expertise and skills to deliver a cost-effective solution.
Civil Engineering
Civil engineering is often required for large and complex building projects, such as those on difficult terrain or involving environmental risks. EvaBuild undertakes all stages of a project, including a feasibility study, tender, planning, building regulation and construction.
General Groundworks
EvaBuild undertakes a variety of contracts, ranging from £10,000 to £2m. Our services include all aspects of site clearance, bulk excavation, concrete works, enabling works, foundations, deep drainage, service installation, road construction, road surfacing and paving works.
