Not having a licence makes your insurance invalid and often, 6 points or more can invalidate your insurance, so use ODO legal to regularly check your drivers and ensure any risk to the public and your business is as low as possible. A company could face prosecution for causing a vehicle to be used without insurance and the driver for driving without insurance. Company Directors can have their licences endorsed for their drivers' misdemeanours in some cases.
