Vaughtons was established in 1819, and since then has been at the forefront of bespoke manufacturing. We offer services from automotive electroplating and engraving to refurbishment, repairs and replicas. As a family-owned business, we have one aim; to supply superb quality products delivered on time, with standards of service others find hard to match.

VALUATIONS
At Vaughtons, we offer a service that provides our customers with valuations to show the manufacturing costs should items be lost, stolen or damaged. Our valuations do not consider historical or sentimental value, but purely what the manufacturing costs would be if items needed to be replaced. This service is used quite often for insurance purposes, and we can come to your premises should you require to evaluate all items, meaning items do not need to be transported.
BESPOKE DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
From civic regalia to automotive badges, medals to specialist jewels, the team at Vaughtons can create your ideal product in a range of superior finishes. At Vaughtons we feel it is integral to offer our customers a service that starts with your initial ideas and thoughts, all the way through to manufacture. Our design team can produce design concepts, so you are able to visualise your product before it is made. Not only this, but we can offer you guidance on how to use the most suitable manufacturing methods to best achieve your desired result. We offer this service for both new projects and updating current items.
CIVIC & SOCIETAL JEWELS, CHAINS, BADGES & MORE
As a bespoke manufacturer we can produce unique one off chains of office, badges, jewels and more using our in house design team. We take your requirements and design intent, and combine them with our knowledge, to offer concepts that are beautifully hand crafted by a British manufacturer. We can also supply stock designs that can be adapted to your needs, engraving, valuations, repairs and more.
REFURBISHMENT, REPAIRS & REPLICAS
Using the trades perfected by our craftsmen, we can offer a repair and refurbishment service that allows our customers to restore their items to their original state. This service is available on a variety of items such as jewels, car badges, chains of office, medals and more.
We can refurbish all elements of these items: enamel, hand paintings, plating, repairs.
DECORATIVE ELECTROPLATING
Vaughtons are proud to have an electroplating firm within our group of companies. Located less than a mile from our factory, C&E Plating was established in 1951 and has a wealth of experience in specialist gold and silver plating.
We also have a team of in-house polishers who can produce a range of traditional bronze finishes, from our chocolate bronze finish, antique brass to antique copper. Our bronze finishes have been in production for many years and have been the finishing touch for many prestigious trophies, awards, and celebration medals.
AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES
automotive services Vaughtons are proud to manufacture Automotive badges on a first tier basis to some of the World’s most renowned and prestigious car manufacturers. Our parts have exceeded product test criteria, and surpassed our customers quality requirements. All items can be produced in precious and non – precious metals, to the customers personal specifications.
