About Us
Poly Postal Packaging is a leading manufacturer and supplier of e-commerce and retail packaging supplies.
Established in 2005, this eco-friendly company offers a huge range of packaging from its new location and warehouse on Cardinal Close, Lincoln. Specialising in custom made and custom printed packaging, across all types of products including Mailing Bags, Tissue Wrapping Paper, Parcel Tape, Compostable Bags, Biodegradable Loose Fill, 100% Recyclable Bags, as well as Cardboard Boxes, Stretch Wrap and much more.
We are extremely planet conscious and have for many years only produced and supplied goods to our customers which fall into one of these categories: Fully Recyclable, Made from Recycled, Bio or Oxo-Biodegradable, Fully Compostable, Carbon Neutral.
Our expert team has amalgamated more than 40 years' experience of manufacturing and trading in packaging and postal supplies. With keen investment in both modern machinery and reputable stock raw materials, we strive to produce the highest quality products for our customers. We specialise in large production orders but can also cater for very small order quantity requirements, so if you have a need for plain or printed packaging but do not want to have to order huge amounts, then get in touch. Our core stock product lines are postal bags and e-commerce postal supplies with over 15 million mailing bags kept in stock in various sizes and colours, as well as lots of choices in cardboard boxes and other shipping consumables.
We have been producing and sourcing packaging consumables for our customers for over 25 years. This gives us an unrivalled ability to source the right products at the right price. We focus fully on all customers' requirements and strive to fulfil all enquiries, no matter how large or small.
What do we do?
We specialise in the manufacture of polythene packaging, including Postal Bags, Mailing Bags, Polybags, Garment Bags, Wicketted Bags, Blockheaded Bags and much more. Our core product lines, however are postal bags and mailing bags with over 15 million mailing bags kept in stock in various sizes and colours.
With keen investment in both modern machinery and reputable stock raw materials, we strive to produce the highest quality products for our customers. As a reputable company, we specialise in large volumes and short runs from as little as 100 polybags.
Poly Postal Packaging can offer eight colour printing including four colour process CMYK flexographic. We also offer printing for those customers who may wish to buy small quantities of stock products and have them printed with their own company details. To maintain this fantastic service, we keep a large stock of plain unprinted raw material polythene film in various sizes and colours, which can be used for customised and bespoke plain or printed packaging.
We manufacture about 70% of what we stock hold.

Poly Postal Packaging specialise in printed postal bags and custom made printed packaging. It really does not have to cost you an arm and a leg to get that professional looking package for your business. We can print the most simple designs like web addresses or postage paid marks and also print full photographic images in process print. We can offer a comprehensive range of printed mailing bags, printed postal bags and printed packaging to suit all your requirements. By incorporating Poly Postal Packagings polythene mailing bags or any other type of printed polythene packaging in to any direct mail campaign or requirement, they can facilitate the sales message being conveyed whilst underlining your company identity.
Our experienced team can help you design printed mailing bags and printed packaging that make use of our 8 colour flexographic printing machines, to make your packaging truly stand out to catch your prospects or customers attention.
We manufacture all our own postal bags and also print in house. This means that we are able to do small quantities if required. Our min order quantity for any printed mailing bag is only 100 bags ( subject to artwork ). Of course price is governed by what choices you make, ie; colour of film, thickness of film, size of bag, the quantity of postal bags required and also how many colours you would like printed on the mailing bags.The custom printed postal bags can come in various sizes or thicknesses. If you have an awkward shaped item, then let our team design the ideal size for you. You can have 2 glue strips for customer returns and we can manufacture your printed postal bags or packaging to have a carrier bag type handle also so that they can be used in retails shops as a carrier bag or for click and collect services.
Printing on to stock bags
If you require, we can print a design of your choice on to any of our stock bags from as little as 100 bags. Choose the stock bag you like, email us the artwork and we will cost it up for you depending on the quantity you require, from 100 - 1000 bags. Flexographic Printing including Full Colour Process Print
Poly Postal Packaging can print any design on to a custom printed mailing bags or custom printed packaging. Our 8 Colour flexographic printing presses allow us to print the simplest one colour design up to a full colour CMYK print. This includes full photographic imagery if required.
