Henley Care Ltd was established in August 2011 to assist clients to live independently in their own homes and to exercise the choices they wish to make for themselves.  Since that time, we have grown and developed to provide the highest level of care and nursing services to adults of any age at all times of the day and night.

We work directly with individuals or families as well as local authority care providers and currently employ over 30 carers who support clients in more than five different counties.  All our carers are direct employees of Henley Care and not freelance staff.  Client welfare is at the heart of everything we do.  We strive to ensure our carers go above and beyond the basic requirements and they are always proud to report to us that they have gone that extra mile to meet the specific needs and wishes of their clients.

Our Carers

The friendly team at Henley Care consists of fully trained, insured carers and nurses who possess all the required qualifications and have been carefully screened prior to acceptance as members of our operational team.  All our carers are direct employees of Henley Care and not freelance staff.

Our clients are regularly consulted to ensure their needs and wishes are satisfied and that they are happy with the staff member(s) providing their care and support.  We go to great lengths to match clients and carers to ensure that they get on well and everyone is happy.
