About Us
We offer a range of services throughout Swindon and the Cotswolds, including Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Wiltshire Energy provide services to both domestic and commercial customers, including central heating, air conditioning and renewable heating services. We specialise in off grid heating and renewable energy, with a focus on Heat Pumps and Solar. We have plenty of experience and are fully qualified to carry out these services, so you can have peace of mind knowing that you are in safe hands.
We are Gas Safe, Oftec, Refcom, Recc, MCS, Hetas and NICEIC accredited. We are time served and fully qualified with more than 20 years experience in renewables. Boiler Upgrade Scheme
We are MCS registered, giving you access to the new Boiler Upgrade Scheme, £5000 grant towards the cost of installing a heat pump.
Services
We offer comprehensive servicing that exceeds the manufacturer’s requirements across all ranges of heat pump, biomass boiler, solar thermal system or gas/oil/LPG boiler. We check water quality, chemical concentration, refrigerant circuit, mechanical moving parts, flue gas pathways, lambda probe, expansion volumes, filtration, electrical safety and system performance.
We collate results year on year to measure performance and identify issues before they happen. It is an important requirement to ensure that your heating appliance is properly maintained on an annual basis to retain the manufacturer’s warranty. It is also a requirement of the RHI to service the appliance on a yearly basis.
Water quality problems? We have a mobile water testing laboratory which can effectively test and identify problems with your hot water, brine collection or heating system. We can test for iron, aluminium, copper and zinc deposits, nitrate concentration, particulate concentration, bacterial growth and water hardness.
Heat pumps are a hot topic today, we predominately install and maintain heat pumps for both air, ground and water source. We are accredited by Mitsubishi, Vaillant, Samsung, Nibe and Midea, and can offer you the full manufacturer's warranty of 7-10 years. We can cater for larger installations with cascaded heat pumps to cater for properties of all sizes.
