About Us

Greenshoots Ltd is a Producer Organisation and was established in 2003. Greenshoots has seven farming members who grow Onions, Leeks, Carrots and Parsnips in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

 

Services

Greenshoots sell directly to the retail and wholesale market.

Greenshoots sell 25,000 tons onions,10,000 tons leeks, 30,000 tons carrots and 10,000 tons parsnips for supply all year round.

Greenshoots wash, process and package leeks, carrots and parsnips at our Greenshoots processing facilities.

Onions are all sold ex store in bulk to other retail suppliers.

 

Accreditations

All Greenshoots members have Red Tractor / Globalgap accreditations and complete Globalgap GRASP assessments. Other accreditations include LEAF, BRC and Organic certification.
