Covid-19 update

We’re working to support our customers as they respond to Covid-19.

We know everyone is facing challenges right now and so our priority is the health of our customers and our people.

Which is why we’re working hard to ensure, as much as possible, our critical national geospatial and mapping services remain available to our customers.

Access to data and services, including consumer apps, remains resilient. So please continue to access our data and services as normal. However, customers who rely on data being supplied on physical media, such as DVD, will experience a temporarily pause to this service.

We know you’ll be working differently and responding to your own challenges, so, our teams are ready to help you via email, video and phone as usual. Our customer contact centre remains fully operational and available to take calls and respond to online enquiries.

There is a wide range of data and tools you can use right now, to help you respond to the pandemic. Please visit our product pages and developer tools for these resources. In addition, our Mapping for Emergencies service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year and our teams are already providing a critical response to dozens of organisations across Great Britain. If you have a specific requirement or just need some help understanding more about how we can help you in your response to Covid-19, please don’t hesitate to call us on 03456 050505.

For 229 years, we have been relied on for trusted location data to support Britain’s public and private sectors. And we’re continuing to support all of our customers through this challenging time.

Yours
