Evaluation of police super complaints

The Home Office policing super-complaints system has been running since 2018. It allows organisations designated by the Home Office to raise an issue (a super-complaint) on behalf of the public.

The HMICFRS Board asked HMICFRS researchers to carry out a formal evaluation of the super-complaints system.
