Government Commercial Agency RM6377 Network Services 4 - Specification Engagement
The Government Commercial Agency (formerly CCS) are excited to share an opportunity for Suppliers and Contracting Authorities to provide feedback on their upcoming procurement, "Network Services 4". This agreement will be a replacement to the existing "Network Services 3" agreement due to expire in July 2027.
Please note: Crown Commercial Service became Government Commercial Agency on 1 April 2026. Find out what you need to know.
Following recent updates from Supplier and Customer engagement, they have now published a draft specification and Lot Structure for the upcoming procurement on the Network Service 4 webpage (https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM6377).
The purpose of this market engagement is to provide early visibility of the draft specification and outline the principles that underpin the goals for this project.
The general principle is to define each Lot so that the scope is broad enough to cover all possible current and future requirements in each area. The goal is to create a more effective, efficient, and collaborative framework.
Your feedback is extremely valuable and will help shape the direction of the framework agreement. It is crucial in refining the approach to meet the needs of all stakeholders, ensuring it is reflective of current and future market trends.
To take part, you need to:
- Download and review the following document in the ‘Documents’ section of the Network Services 4 webpage: ‘RM6377 Network Services 4 Specification Engagement’.
- Email any comments or suggestions to networkservices@gca.gov.uk.
Questions to consider:
- Does the scope of each lot cover your current and future services?
- Are there any public sector requirements which span the scope of more than one of the described Lots?
