IPCC response to Dame Angiolini review on deaths and serious incidents

The Independent Police Complaints Commission has issued a response to the Independent Review of Deaths and Serious Incidents in Police Custody by Dame Elish Angiolini (link is external) published yesterday.

This includes an introduction, responses to specific recommendations relevant to the IPCC, and background information on our remit.
