Totally Thames celebrations are in full swing as the annual month-long festival brings the river to life with family fun, arts and cultural activities.
It's not too late to dive in and enjoy London's famous river at one of the following events.
Feel Good Fridays at St Katharine Docks
Friday 15 September, 22 and 29 from 12.30pm to 2pm
Grab a bite from a floating World Food Market on Friday lunchtimes throughout September. Guests can pull up a deckchair or a beanbag on the pontoon and enjoy some live lunchtime entertainment from various musical genres. Enjoy acts from string quartets and brass bands to jazz.
Friday 15 September to Sunday 17 September, Watermans
This weekend arts festival alongside the rivers in Brentford features outdoor cinema screenings, creative workshops and more. Families will love Mr Gumpy's Outing, an interactive journey down the river with the much-loved children's character. Or introduce them to opera with Liquid History, who will perform throughout the weekend, with a free outdoor performance on Watermans' Riverside Terrace as a finale.
Thamesmead Town Fete
Friday 15 September to Sunday 17 September, The Link
The festival will launch on Friday evening at The Link, with a showcase of Thamesmead's home-grown stars. Saturday will centre around the Thamesmead Country Show with a mix of entertainment and surprising art experiences, and Sunday will see a variety of art, performances and storytelling around different venues and outdoor locations.
Saturday 16 September, Rivergate Centre
The festival brings together a range of arts, including performances from the Royal Opera House, international street theatre and dance as well as workshops and walking experiences.
